At Style by Ririawna, we value our client's business. Every order is customized and personalized for each individual as per the form that is filled out prior to completing your order.
Before placing an order, we encourage you to read and understand our Order & Refund Policy to avoid any confusion in the future.

Order & Cancellation Policy

All information collected via the style form before your purchase is used to create your Personalized Look-Book. Please fill out the form before placing your order and use the same Name & Last Name at checkout.

We will start working on your Personalized Look-Book as soon as payment is received and your order is placed.

You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order for a full refund. After this period, orders are non-refundable as we have already started creating your Personalized Look-Book. If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund Policy

As your purchase is a custom digital product, it is considered "used" after delivery or opening. Therefore, we have a strict refund policy on all purchases through STYLE BY RIRIAWNA.


You may contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel for a full refund. After this 24-hour window, orders are non-refundable as we have already started creating your Personalized Look-Book.

Any cancellation request after this period will incur a 15% penalty deducted from the refundable amount, which will be issued in the form of store credit. Orders cannot be canceled later than 3 days (72 hours) from the order date.

Personalized Look-Books are customized digital products and considered “used” after delivery or opening, so no return, refund, or exchange is possible after delivery. All delivered orders are Final Sale.

Delivery of Look-Books

All Look-Books are digital and are delivered via email.

Please provide us with the email address where you would like to receive your Personalized Look-Book in the style form you fill out before completing your order.

If you did not receive the digital product upon delivery, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, please contact clientservice@stylebyririawna.com with your order details to ensure your product will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES

All personal shopping services provided by STYLE BY RIRIAWNA are non-refundable. Once the service has been provided, refunds will not be issued, regardless of the circumstances. We are committed to delivering high-quality assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact our customer support team, and we will make every effort to address them.
