As your purchase is a custom digital product, it is considered "used" after delivery or opening. Therefore, we have a strict refund policy on all purchases through STYLE BY RIRIAWNA. We encourage you to fully read and understand our policies before completing your order.

Order & Cancellation Policy:

All information collected via the style form before your purchase is used to create your Personalized Look-Book. Please fill out the form before placing your order and use the same Name & Last Name at checkout.

We will start working on your Personalized Look-Book as soon as payment is received and your order is placed.

You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order for a full refund. After this period, orders are non-refundable as we have already started creating your Personalized Look-Book. If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund Policy:

Orders with cancellation requests within 24-hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.

Any cancellation request after this period will incur a 15% penalty deducted from the refundable amount, which will be issued in the form of store credit. Orders cannot be canceled later than 3 days (72 hours) from the order date.

Personalized Look-Books are customized digital products and considered “used” after delivery or opening, so no return, refund, or exchange is possible after delivery. All delivered orders are Final Sale.

All Look-Books are digital and are delivered via email.
